brief: The band specialise in crunchy electro pop and wanted to give the impression that they were slightly unhinged gentlemen farmers who had just come back from a night of drinking and fighting. The slightly menacing sub-text implied that I, as the photographer, was the victim that they'd beaten up and piled into the boot.
Make-up artist and costume designer Claudia Spotto togged the boys up and covered them in bruises. The lads stayed in costume during the post shoot drink and were served by a slightly nervous village barmaid.
